Activities
Budapest Global will organize its core activities around three themes: talent-friendly city, smart and tech-enabled city, and a sustainable city. These activities will include:
- Initiating pilot projects;
- Organising networking and community events;
- Sharing insight articles and members’ best practices;
- Expanding international partnerships;
- Developing an online platform for members.
Our activities will be starting after the official launch of Budapest Global in 2022.
Talent friendly city
As Budapest Global, we envision Budapest as a global hub for attracting and retaining international and Hungarian talents, welcome foreigners with easily accessible public services and information. We want professionals and students with diverse backgrounds find home in Budapest's public spaces and communities.
Smart and tech-enabled city
As Budapest Global, we envision collaboration and innovation between stakeholders leading to better public services, new business development and a thriving research ecosystem, enabled by digital technologies and experimentation in real-life environments. Budapest welcomes (tech)entrepreneurs, start-ups and other innovative organisations with a business-friendly environment.
Sustainable city
As Budapest Global, we envision Budapest as healthy, green, and climate-proof urban environment where stakeholders, including residents and employees, take on collective actions for urban sustainability and experiment with sharing and circular economy.
